The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties, BOOTICCA on the one hand and the natural or legal persons wishing to make a purchase on the website www.booticca.com on the other hand, in the framework of online sales.

Prices are quoted in Euros and are applicable from the date of sending of validation of the order by the customer. Since BOOTICCA’s suppliers’ prices are constantly changing, the prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time. But the applicable price is the one indicated on the site at the date of registration of the order by the customer.

6) Payment

The customer has a means of payment, to pay his order: Paypal.

BOOTICCA reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from the accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. It reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not fully paid or a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered

Despite the verification procedures put in place, BOOTICCA can not be held responsible for any misappropriation or fraudulent use of means of payment. BOOTICCA retains full ownership of the products sold until receipt of all sums due by the customer as part of his order. The transfer of ownership of a property purchased to BOOTICCA by the client to a third party will not be supported by BOOTICCA. 7) Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. It is therefore up to the customer to verify the information he provides. In this context, all order forwarding costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of delivery delay of more than 3 days compared to the planned date, it is desirable to contact us by email or telephone in a very first place. If the package is already shipped, then you must check with your post office that the package is not pending and report the delay by mail. We will contact the Post Office to start an investigation that can last 21 days. If the package is found, it will be rerouted to your home. In case of error of delivery or products not compliant with the order form, the customer will make a complaint by email (sav@booticca.com) to BOOTICCA, within 48 hours of delivery. Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in its entirety within 14 days of the BOOTICCA agreement. If this procedure is not followed, the complaint will be rejected.

In the event of a strike by the Post Office, the carrier, or any exceptional event slowing or preventing the delivery of the package, BOOTICCA can not be held responsible for delays caused.

8) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are billed to the customer based on the weight of the package, the place of delivery, carrier or delivery method. They are indicated to the customer in his shopping cart before the final registration of the order. Any validation of the order entails a payment obligation. An email is sent to the customer to confirm the order taking provided that the email address provided by the customer does not contain an error.

9) Right of withdrawal, return, exchange.

The refund is made no later than 14 days after the return of the parcel.
