Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for an exchange or full refund.

How long after the purchase can I make a return?

Returned items must be received within 14 days of receipt

How to make a return:

Do your best to handle the items carefully. All returned merchandise must be received in its original condition. This means that it must be unworn, undamaged, without makeup, pet hair, deodorant and perfume and carry all original tags.

We always recommend returning your items via a registered service, as we unfortunately can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all returns within 10 to 15 business days of delivery. We will then make a full refund or exchange and send you a return confirmation email. All refunds will be processed via PayPal unless a payment has been made by a credit / debit card, in which case your refund will be charged to your card. Please note that we do not contact a customer as soon as your item reaches us, but only after your refund / exchange has been issued 10 to 15 business days at the latest. The refund will be processed according to your initial payment method.

Can I recover my shipping costs?

We regret to inform you that the original shipping charges or return shipping fees are not refundable unless the mistake was made by us. In the rare cases where you receive an imperfect item, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we prefer to remedy case by case to guarantee the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced?

We are really sorry if we made a mistake with your exchange / refund. Please send us a message so that we can solve this problem for you immediately.

Can I always return my item if there is makeup or a tan around the neck ?.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns in the state in which they were received.

I received a defective item.

We are really sorry if you received a damaged item from us. We can only assume that this happened during the manufacturing process and somehow slipped through the net. Please send us a message so that we can arrange for another to be sent to you!

I received an incorrect item in my order.

We are really sorry if we made a mistake with your order. Please send us a message so that we can solve this problem for you immediately.

Do I have to pay the return fees?

Unfortunately, we can not cover the cost of return unless your item is defective. Customers are requested to keep proof of shipment as we are also not responsible for lost returns.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 15 business days for your package to be returned to Booticca. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been refunded. If you have not received any communication from us after the 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service Department indicating your order number and details of returned items.
