All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reshipment for the products ordered if:
you do not receive them within the guaranteed period (45 days excluding processing 2-5 days)
you receive the wrong item
you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item should not be used)
We do not issue a refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (for example by providing the wrong delivery address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example not cleared customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
