WHY CAN'T I ADD A SPECIFIC PRODUCT TO MY CART?

To put an item in the basket, you must first choose a size.

 

If the item is available, you can then put it in your cart.

If the Add to Cart button on a product page is not active, it’s likely the product is out of stock.

THE SIZE OF MY ARTICLE PUT IN THE BASKET DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE SIZE THAT I CHOSE?

Unfortunately, we can not make changes to an ordered item once it has been placed. You can place a new order for the right item.

Please contact customer service immediately here . As we process and ship orders quickly, we can not, unfortunately, guarantee that we will be able to make the correction on time.

WHY IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER NOT UPDATED?

Your order may have been put on hold for verification for added security. If we contact you, you may need to provide additional information to confirm your order. If we do not receive a response within two business days, your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 days of purchase, holidays and weekends excluded. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk mail folder and add contact@booticca.com to your address book. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR SALE?

All items offered as part of a sale or reduced price are sold as is and constitute a “final sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are normally sent within 1 to 5 business days of the date your original payment method was processed.

CAN I FIND THE DETAILS OF MY ORDERS AND FOLLOW THEM LIVE?

To follow your orders, modify or cancel an article, simply go to your customer account, identify yourself and then go to the section track my orders You can then access your current orders, to the list of your orders and your refunds.

In “your current orders”, you will find your articles in different categories (“in preparation”, “in transit” …).
By clicking on the details and delivery tracking link in My Customer Area / Order Tracking, you will be able to see the details.

I NEVER RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY ORDER IS IT REGISTERED?

As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order.

However, it happens that a typo in your e-mail address prevents the proper distribution of our shipment.

Check the registered email address by going to the account area at the top right of the site after registering.

 

If your order has not been registered, we invite you to renew it.

 

I still have not received my order.

 

The tracking appears in your order tracking as soon as your package is delivered to the carrier (DHL).

 

Good to know: – your article was available, it will be delivered to you on average in 3-7 days (delay which can vary according to the articles ordered)

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR CANCEL AN ITEM?
